1. Bar Admission and Jurisdictional Scope The principal attorney of ICEE Law, LLC is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia. This firm operates as a multi-jurisdictional practice that distinguishes between matters governed by state-specific law and those governed by federal or international law.
2. State-Specific Practice Limitations (New York & Texas) The limitations regarding licensing and the requirement for local collaboration expressed on this website apply strictly to areas of law that are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of individual states. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Estate Planning and Probate: Drafting of wills, trusts, and state-level estate tax planning.
• Entity Formation: The technical filing and organization of business entities under the specific statutes of New York or Texas.
• Real Estate Transactions: Deeds, titles, and state-specific property conveyances.

For such state-governed matters in New York and Texas, ICEE Law, LLC coordinates with a network of “Of Counsel” practitioners and independent, locally licensed attorneys to ensure all advice and filings comply with the respective state’s statutes and ethical rules.

National and International Practice Areas The jurisdictional limitations stated above do not apply to practice areas for which the principal attorney is authorized to provide services nationally or internationally. Under federal law and the rules of multi-jurisdictional practice (including ABA Model Rule 5.5), ICEE Law, LLC provides legal services across state lines in the following areas:

• Federal Law: Including U.S. Immigration law (e.g., EB-5 investment immigration), federal trademark law, and federal regulatory compliance.
• International Law: Including cross-border business strategy, international investment structuring, and global asset protection.

No Unauthorized Practice of Law ICEE Law, LLC does not maintain a physical office in New York or Texas for the purpose of practicing state-specific law and does not hold itself out as being admitted to the bars of those states. Our role in NY and TX matters is often that of a “Cross-Border Strategist,” where we lead the overarching global structure while ensuring local counsel executes the jurisdictionally-limited components.
